Challenge
Our brief was to capture this full arc from months of labs and regional engagements to the final residential gathering and distil a complex, year-long leadership programme into a 10-minute film that feels intimate, grounded, and true to the cohort’s collective voice.
Solution
We worked closely with the cohort, facilitators, and archival material to shape a narrative that spans the full year. We wrote, directed, and produced a 10-minute film distilled from months of labs, consultations, community voices, and the final residential gathering, giving audiences a clear, emotionally honest view of the journey.
