DEI & CONDUCT POLICY
A Legal Disclaimer
Star Hopper Studio LLP is a trans-led creative studio and production house. We work with intention, building spaces where power is shared, access is prioritised, and historically marginalised communities are centered in the process, not just the product.

We prohibit discrimination or harassment on any ground, including gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, sex characteristics, caste, religion/faith, disability (physical, psychosocial, intellectual), neurodivergence, pregnancy, marital/parental status, age, appearance, or HIV status. Chosen names and pronouns are used and respected across call sheets, credits, payroll, and badges.
