Acceptance
By accessing starhopper.in or interacting with our online assets (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Contract Stack & Incorporation by Reference
Project work is governed by a signed Memorandum of Understanding / Statement of Work (“MoU/SOW”). The following public pages are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms where applicable: Working With Us • DEI & Conduct • Privacy Policy • Refund & Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, the MoU/SOW prevails for that engagement.

Site Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: introducing malware; scraping or bulk-downloading; infringing IP; harassing others; or attempting unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property
If you submit materials (briefs, references, resumes), you retain ownership and grant us a limited, revocable license to use them solely to evaluate/perform your project or respond to your inquiry.

Your Submissions
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

Payments via Links
We may issue invoices or payment links via the Site or email. Payment processors/banks have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for accurate billing details and timely payments.

Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

No Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from Site use. Aggregate Site-related liability is capped at INR 1,000.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starhopper Studio LLP from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive venue in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, in English. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction for interim/injunctive relief.

Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
