A three-day community-led storytelling workshop and development lab with members of the Hijra community, exploring character, movement, identity, and world-building through psychophysical and collaborative exercises. We designed a developmental space where participants explored character, emotion, movement, memory, and collaborative story-building rooted in lived experience.

PURPOSE

The workshop was conceived as an early exploration of a potential narrative film. Instead of producing a finished script or film, the goal was to build a shared creative process, deepen trust, and give space for authentic stories to emerge from within the community.

STATUS

The workshop phase was completed successfully. The film development was paused, and the project currently stands as a completed community-led creative workshop and early-stage research initiative.
