An initiative of the South Cultural Fonds (Switzerland) in partnership with Meta Arts (India), Heritage Space (Vietnam), Lugar a Dudas (Colombia) and Global Landscapes Forum (Indonesia, Germany, Kenya).

Incubator is an initiative calling for workshop proposals to equip artists with the hands-on knowledge required to successfully design, coordinate, and facilitate online workshops.

Star Hopper's role here involves mentoring and providing film-based training, enabling artists to explore archives and reimagine narratives, not just for personal artistic expression but to engage communities deeply. The aim is to empower artists to pass on these skills, enabling peers and community leaders to document and rewrite their own histories, taking agency and authorship of their narratives.

The grant is for artists with a creative practice for 3 years or more that are from and living in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belize, Bolivia, Cambodia, Colombia, Cuba, Djibouti, DRC, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste, Uganda, Vietnam
